Sydney

Sydney chose to be a veterinary technician as she always had an interest in medicine, and learning how things work. She wanted to spend as much time with animals as possible, so when she chose this path in high school, she did not have any pets at the time.

She attended Georgian College in Orillia and graduated in 2018. She really enjoys surgery and anesthesia, as well as emergency medicine. She loves Georgetown Animal Clinic because of the wonderful team, and the amazing patients and clients she gets to interact with everyday. She also loves seeing something different and learning something new regularly.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and exploring new places, spending time with friends and family and reading a good book with her most recent wine find. She currently has 2 little dogs; M and JB, both shih tzu mixes (shih tzu’s are her favourite dogs).
